I Responded to an Urgent Online Message
I came across an online message claiming I was eligible for a refund, but only for a limited time. The message warned that if I didn’t act immediately, I would lose the chance.
Worried, I clicked the link and followed the instructions.
Soon after, I was locked out of my account.
I felt stuck. Every website I checked gave different information. The urgency, the loss of access, and the uncertainty made it hard to think clearly.
Reaching out for support helped me pause. I was guided to retrace what had happened, understand the next steps, and approach the right channels in an organized way.
Even though the situation was stressful, it stopped feeling overwhelming.
What I Learned:
Urgency is often used to create panic. Taking a pause and seeking support can change the outcome.
